Cyber Crimes

Computer crimes are a unique and innovative area in the legal world that mainly deals with criminal offenses committed against or through computers. In recent years, the number of cybercrime indictments filed has been significantly increasing. The rise of the digital technology era has led to the development of a new and widespread world of crime, existing in almost every familiar environment.

In the Computers Law of 1995, criminal offenses committed through computers are listed. Some of these offenses involve unauthorized access and hacking into computers, creation and distribution of viruses, disruption or interference with computer systems, and fabrication of false information.
